Payment
Tissra accepts online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when physical goods have been shipped or digital products have been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order.
Temporary Reservations
When using a debit or credit card, the amount may be temporarily reserved.
The reservation remains in place until the order has been processed and shipped.
If the order is cancelled, no funds will be withdrawn — however, the reservation may still appear on your account for a period of time (only your bank can release this hold).
Currency & Tax
All prices on the website include VAT.
Prices are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK).
Security
Payments are encrypted using SSL to protect against third‑party access.
Delivery
- Delivery time: 15–30 business days
- Carriers: Yanwen, Yun Express, PostNord, Posten
- Shipping cost: Depends on the product’s weight
- Tracking: Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched
Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
- Return period: 14 days from the date of receipt
- Return shipping cost: Paid by the customer
Conditions:
- The product may only be tested as it would be in a physical store.
- In case of excessive use, the value may be reduced (partial or no refund).
Warranty (2 Years)
Coverage: Material and manufacturing defects.
Report defects within 1 month for free return shipping.
The warranty is void in cases of misuse.
