Return Policy
Warranty & Time Frame
"We accept returns within 30 days. Products that exceed this time frame cannot be returned."
"Cancellations must be made on the same day as the purchase. Once the order has been shipped, a return can only be requested after receiving the package."
Note: Cancellations are possible as long as the request is submitted before delivery and within the allowed time frame.
Requirements
To return a product, it must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition, including packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Process
Do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.
After inspection, you will receive an email with:
- Confirmation
- A decision regarding your refund
Refunds
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days

If you have not received your refund:
- Check with your bank
- Contact your credit card company
- Call your bank

Only products purchased at full price can be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective items.
Please send an email request including:
- A photo of the defect
- Proof of purchase

Shipping Costs
- For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (varies by carrier).
- For damaged or incorrect deliveries (our fault), we will cover the shipping costs.
High-Value Returns
For returned items valued over £300:
- Use a trackable shipping service
- Insurance is recommended
- We cannot guarantee receipt without tracking
Important Note
All returns must be approved by customer service in advance.
We are not responsible for lost packages without prior registration.
