Delivery Information
A. Order Processing
All orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
The total time from order placement to receipt should not exceed 14 business days.

E. Incorrect or Changed Delivery Address
An incorrect address or a request for address change may result in an address change fee.
Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order confirmation has been sent.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within two days after it has been shipped, please contact us at support@tissra.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Damaged Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@tissra.com with:

- A photo of the damaged product
